Wow. There were a lot of people who came out the the march. Kudos to the organizers and the hundreds of people who were willing to brave the rain to stand up for our right to healthy, safe food resources. I have to say it was a bit of a baptism by fire. I had never spoken in front of a large group before and standing before a sea of people willing to listen to what I had to say was both humbling and empowering.
